ku92 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings ascribed to them below:

2 Acceptance of Terms

Acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of the following events: (a) the completion of a player account registration; (b) the placement of any bet or wager; (c) the deposit of any funds into a ku92 account; or (d) any continued use of the platform after a published amendment to these Terms & Conditions has taken effect.

3 Eligibility

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

• You have not previously had a ku92 account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ku92, or an immediate family member of any such person.

ku92 may require documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of betting activity and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the ku92 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify ku92 promptly of any changes by contacting support at [email protected].

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. ku92 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

• One account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• All registration details must be truthful and verifiable.
• Account credentials must not be shared, sold, or transferred to any third party.
• Players must notify ku92 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised account access.
• ku92 reserves the right to require enhanced identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

ku92 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods approved for Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Specific minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed within the Player's account cashier section and are subject to change with reasonable prior notice.

Deposits are credited to a Player's account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ku92 does not accept deposits from payment accounts held in the name of any person other than the registered account holder. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be refunded to the source account, less any applicable processing charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed during normal operating hours. For verified accounts in good standing, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 5 to 60 minutes. Withdrawals may be subject to enhanced review where the transaction amount is significant, where account verification is incomplete, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

• Only payment methods registered in the Player's own name are accepted.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to bonus-derived winnings. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. 7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ku92 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are accessible within each betting market and game lobby. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market or game.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error that results in odds or game outcomes being displayed incorrectly, ku92 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Player accounts. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Bets may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player after confirmation.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief delay between submission and acceptance. ku92 cannot guarantee that live odds will remain static during this period.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Cricket markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC fixtures, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals, are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published in the ku92 Sports Rules document.
• ku92 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator at its sole discretion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ku92 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your account balance, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corruption involving sporting events featured on ku92.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or any multi-player game environment.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or at any subsequent point.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

ku92 reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A legal, regulatory, or compliance obligation requiring the cessation of services to the account holder.

Where an account is closed as a result of a Player's breach of these Terms & Conditions, ku92 reserves the right to forfeit any funds remaining in the account, including real-money balances and bonus balances. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request (other than for self-exclusion purposes), any remaining real-money balance in good standing will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements.

10 Responsible Gaming

ku92 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing a safe, fair, and transparent betting environment. We acknowledge that gambling, while a legitimate form of entertainment for the majority of players, can become harmful for some individuals. ku92 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from any registered player's account settings:

12 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit ku92's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
